- (c) all software, data, text, images, sounds, video, and content provided through the Site or services.
This collective content is referred to as the "Content."

Our failure to exercise any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Termination
a. Termination by Sunleads

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the platform, and all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
b. Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice to Sunleads.
Your termination will become effective upon Sunleadsʼs confirmation of receipt of your request, after which your account will be deactivated.
c. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination — including, but not limited to, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity — shall continue in full force and effect.
d. Data Retention
Following termination, Sunleads may retain your account information and data for a commercially reasonable period for backup, archival, or audit purposes.
However, Sunleads shall not use this retained information to reactivate your account or for any purpose inconsistent with its Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms

By proceeding with registration, the user signifies their understanding of the Terms and their consent to abide by them.
